This four-phase program is designed to build your knowledge from the ground up, exposing you to all sides of the business so you can feel confident to join our extensive network as a Sales Representative.

In the field
Get exposed to the inner workings of our operations department during the first phase of the program. You will learn how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped. Once you understand this process, we will teach you how we route and ship the product to get it in our customers’ hands.
Excellent customer service is at the heart of our business model. In the second phase of the program, you will work face-to-face with our customers and get hands-on with our products, building your knowledge of our service offerings.
In the third phase of the program you will join our inside sales team to build relationships with our customers. You will troubleshoot customer issues, assist them with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
After gaining a strong understanding of how our inside sales team operates, you will transition to the fourth and final phase of the program and take on a role in account management. You will once again have the opportunity to work face to face with our customers and spend time on the road visiting customers and job sites to apply what you have learned.
In about 2 years, you will gain a lifelong, rewarding career that provides you unlimited personal and professional growth.

Do you have what it takes to succeed?
Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree is required.
You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to balance multiple priorities. You exhibit an exceptional level of learning agility and a strong work ethic, with the determination to achieve success.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a customer service mindset. You should showcase the ability to foster positive relationships, and possess strong negotiation skills.
This opportunity can take you anywhere within Ontario. You will need to have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and a willingness and ability to relocate.
